Cash on Delivery Fees:
Cash on delivery payment involves an extra charge of 5% (minimum €3, taxes not included), corresponding to the transport agency commission. If you choose this payment method, we will contact you by phone to verify your details before shipping. If we cannot contact you, your order may be cancelled.
Cash on delivery fees are not included in the free shipping promotion.
Penalty for Non-Collection (Cash on Delivery):
Transport agencies attempt to deliver the package 2 or more times during a maximum of 15 days. If the package is returned due to non-collection or refusal, this payment method will be disabled in the customer profile. It can be reactivated after a €15 payment.
Attention:
For international destinations such as Switzerland and the United Kingdom, a shipping surcharge may apply due to customs regulations and variations in transport rates. We do not profit from these charges; we only cover the imposed cost. If there are rate adjustments, we will contact you before processing the order.
PRODUCT SHIPPING
Usually all products offered are in stock. This allows us to process orders confirmed on working days before 14:00 for delivery the next working day (mainland Spain) through express transport agencies. However, this depends on express agreement with the buyer and is in no case a firm commitment on our part. It also depends on order volume at any given time, potentially delaying delivery of your order by up to one week.
If you choose cash on delivery as a payment method, this carries an extra charge corresponding to the commission charged by the transport agency, which is 5% with a minimum of 3 euros plus 21% VAT. Likewise, if you choose this payment method, we need to contact you by phone before shipping to verify your details. If we cannot contact you, this may result in the cancellation of your order.
