Instructions for Your Return:

You have a maximum of 30 calendar days to return your order from the date you receive it.

For the return to be valid, the footwear must be sent in perfect condition, properly protected, with its original packaging, and provided it has not been used.

We do not offer exchanges: if you want a different size, color, or item, you must place a new order through our website.

How Can I File a Claim for My Order?

If, exceptionally, you receive a pair of shoes with any manufacturing defect or flaw, contact us via our phone number +34 666 258 252 (WhatsApp), by email clientes@andypola.com, or through our online form by clicking here. You must provide us with the order number, the footwear reference, as well as the observed damage (with some photos), and we will explain the procedure to follow.

• The return cannot be processed under any circumstances if the product is not sent in perfect condition, properly protected, in its original packaging, and provided it has not been used.
• The refund of the paid amount will be made through the payment method used for the purchase, within a period not exceeding thirty days.
• If the payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, it will be necessary to provide the account number and the account holder's details to process the return.
• The refund of the amount will only be made after verifying the condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned product in our warehouses.
• We do not offer exchanges: if you want a different size, color, or item, you must place a new order through our website.
• Important for returns: the company is not responsible for customs fees that may arise from the return shipment. If payment of these fees is required, we will contact you within 24 working hours to pay the corresponding amount so we can send the package and proceed with the return. If the corresponding amount is not received within the established period, the package may be returned to its place of origin.

Legal Right to Withdraw from the Purchase

A.1. Right of Withdrawal:
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide any justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods, or in the case where the goods composing your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the last of those goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at KALLIWODA INVEST S.L., at the address Calle Calafates 6, (Pol.Ind IN-II), Santa Pola (Alicante), Spain, by phone at +34 666 258 252, by emailing us at clientes@andypola.es, or through our contact form, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form template downloadable at the end of this section, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the corresponding period expires.

A.2. Consequences of Withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the above, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first. You must return or deliver the products to us at the address mentioned above without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before this period expires. The cost of returning the goods will always be borne by the consumer in the manner they deem appropriate. You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

A.3. Contractual Right of Withdrawal:
In addition to the legally recognized right of withdrawal for consumers and users mentioned in this section, we grant you a period of 14 days from the Shipping Confirmation to return products. If you return the products within the contractual withdrawal period but after the legal period has expired, only the price paid for such products will be refunded. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product. You may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with clause A.1 above, although if you notify us of your intention to withdraw from the contract after the legal withdrawal period, you must, in any case, deliver the goods to us within the 14-day period from the Shipping Confirmation. Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to products returned in the same condition as received. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond merely opening it, for products that are not in the same condition as delivered, or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions, and any accompanying documents. In any case, you must include the ticket received at the time of product delivery, duly completed, with the returned product. If you wish to return the products, you will be responsible for the return costs. We recommend choosing Correos as the simplest and most economical method. Please note that if you choose to return the items to us with shipping costs due, we will not accept the package. After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund of shipping costs will only be made when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period and all items composing the order in question are returned. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your intention to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first. The refund will always be made using the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase. If you paid by bank deposit, transfer, or cash on delivery, you must provide us with your bank account number for the corresponding transfer.
