Why might my credit card be declined?

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, data is transmitted encrypted via SSL. For payments with Visa and MasterCard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions are accepted. After verifying that the card is enrolled in the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank to have the buyer authorize the purchase. Once the bank confirms authenticity, typically through an SMS with a confirmation code, the charge will be made to the card. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
