First name, phone number and e-mail address: management and monitoring of incidents and claims (customer service).
First name, last name, National ID number (DNI) and address: administrative, accounting and tax management of purchases made via the Website.

The rights of data subjects are strictly personal and therefore must be exercised by the data subject, duly proving their identity (for this purpose they will be asked to provide their National ID or equivalent). They may also be exercised through legal representation, in which case, in addition to the applicant’s National ID or equivalent, the representative’s National ID and authentic document accrediting the representation must be provided. www.andypola.com will reply to the request addressed to it in all cases, regardless of whether or not the personal data of the data subject appear in its processing. If the request does not meet the specified requirements, www.andypola.com will request that they be remedied. www.andypola.com will respond to requests within one month from receipt. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. www.andypola.com will inform the data subject of any such extensions within one month of receipt of the request, indicating the reasons for the delay.
