CASH ON DELIVERY FEES: Cash on Delivery (COD) carries an extra 5% charge (minimum €3, taxes included) corresponding to the transport agency’s commission. If you choose this payment method, we will call you to verify your details before shipping. If we cannot reach you, your order may be cancelled.

The COD fee is not included in the free-shipping promotion.

PENALTY FOR NON-COLLECTION (COD): Transport agencies attempt delivery 2 or more times over a maximum of 15 days. If the parcel is returned due to non-collection or refusal, this payment method will be disabled on the customer’s account. It can be reactivated after a €15 payment.

ATTENTION: For international destinations such as Switzerland and the United Kingdom, a shipping surcharge may apply due to customs regulations and transport rate variations.
